Determining if there is a training need, and how to most effectively meet that need, is Aurora Technologies' forte. Through the use of a Needs Analysis, Learning Objective formulation, Job/Task Analysis, Audience Analysis/Profile and On-site Consultation Aurora Technologies can find and solve any training problem.

There are four basic steps to training design, the Analysis phase, the design phase, the development phase and the Implementation phase.

The Analysis phase includes the use of a Needs Analysis, Learning Objective formulation, Job/Task Analysis, Audience Analysis/Profile, On-site Consultations and other methods to determine training design.

The Design phase includes; outlining the training content, layout of course map, design scheme definition, and learning activity selection.

The Development phase includes the final story boarding of the course, media implementation, and authoring the course.

The Implementation phase is the evaluation period. Quality assurance and test runs are done at this time.

We use this basic process, in conjunction with a customized process co-created by your business to develop the perfect training environment for your business.
