Employee Orientation

There is no longer a need for cumbersome paper based training materials to aid your new employees. CBT can be used to develop digital handbooks, customized by you, that employees can access via the WWW or Intranet in their own home. Your Human Resource Manager will no longer need to sit with your new employees to show them the basics of company orientation training, you can just have them go through a CD-ROM to access the information. It is also just as easy to place this information on a Intranet, so that your employees can view it at any time.
This can also include technical manuals. Once a technical manual is digitized, updates and changes can be easily done and implemented within a 24-hour period. Cumbersome paper based operations will soon be a method of the past.
